The Rental Period begins when the Equipment is collected or delivered to you and ends when the Equipment is returned to us or collected by us. Rental fees are calculated on a daily basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Daily rental periods are calculated as 24-hour periods from the time of collection or delivery. Late returns will incur additional charges as specified in Section 4.7.
While we make every effort to ensure Equipment availability, we cannot guarantee that specific items will be available for your desired dates. All bookings are subject to Equipment availability and our acceptance.
We reserve the right to substitute equivalent or superior Equipment if booked items become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

Failure to report issues within 24 hours may result in you being held responsible for pre-existing damage.

Equipment must be returned by the agreed return date and time. Late returns incur charges as follows:

Insurance costs £10 per day per item and significantly reduces your financial liability for damage or loss.
